RefectoCil - Blonde Brow

-  Bleaching paste for eyebrows 

- Eyebrows can be lightened up to 3 shades for natural blonde style 

- Use with Oxidant 3% Cream  

- Application time – 5-20mins 

- 5 mins: one shade lighter 

- 12 mins: two shades lighter  

- 20 mins: three shades lighter

You may then use RefectoCil tinting range to achieve a more appropriate brown shade for those with naturally dark eyebrows, but lighter hair. 

This is a must for those that want a vibrant red brow but have dark brows.
