Training/Courses
Where is your training academy
We have two training academy locations: 440 Wilson Street Albury NSW, and 2/23 Flinders Lane Maroochydore QLD.
I don't live near your locations, can I still do a course with Velt?
We offer in salon training Australia wide and can travel to you for private group or one on one training.
For many salons, we come directly to you and tailor the training to suit your team and services. If you are a solo student, we may also be able to place you into a group training at a suitable location.
Simply fill out our private salon training enquiry form and we will organise a tailored quote and training option that suits you.
Do you offer online only courses?
No, we do not offer online only lash and brow courses. Our training is a combination of online theory and in person, hands on lash and brow training.
We strongly believe that learning through an online only course often leads to unfinished training, lack of confidence, and poor habits. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident performing lash and brow services, and the best way to achieve that is through in person training with real guidance.
During your course, you will work on models, watch live demonstrations, and receive real time feedback and corrections. This allows you to ask questions as you go and fully understand each step, which cannot be achieved through online only training.
Can I purchase lash and brow products from Velt after completing a course?
Yes. Velt is a trade only supplier for beauty professionals. If you are already a qualified lash, brow, or beauty professional, you can purchase our professional products without completing a course with us.
If you are not yet qualified, once you complete one of our lash or brow training courses, you will gain access to shop our full range of professional lash and brow products.
Students who complete our lash extension training will also receive a student discount on lash extension products.
Purchasing Products
Do i have to be a beauty professional to purchase from Velt academy?
Yes. Velt Academy is a trade only supplier for beauty professionals. To purchase our professional lash and brow products, you must be a qualified beauty professional or currently working within the industry.
This can include having a valid ABN, a certificate in beauty, lash or brow training, or an active business social media page.
After placing your order or signing up, we will request confirmation of your professional status before approving and dispatching your products.
Can I purchase lash and brow products from Velt after completing a course?
Yes. Velt is a trade only supplier for beauty professionals. If you are already a qualified lash, brow, or beauty professional, you can purchase our professional products without completing a course with us.
If you are not yet qualified, once you complete one of our lash or brow training courses, you will gain access to shop our full range of professional lash and brow products.

Can I purchase products in store?
We currently operate as a click and collect service to ensure accuracy when preparing all lash and brow product orders. While we do not offer in store shopping, you can place your order online and select your preferred pickup location.
If your order is urgent, you are welcome to message us on Instagram after placing your order, and we will do our best to have it packed and ready for collection as quickly as possible.
I don't know how to use the product i ordered or i'm having issues with results
We’re here to support you. If you are having trouble using one of our lash or brow products, or not getting the results you expected, please reach out to our team.
We can help guide you through the correct usage, troubleshoot any issues, and make sure you feel confident using our products in your services.

Shipping & Click and Collect
Do you ship Australia wide?
Yes, we offer Australia wide shipping on all of our professional lash and brow products.
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our warehouse, with tracking provided so you can follow your delivery. Your order will be shipped from either our Queensland or New South Wales warehouse, depending on your location, to ensure the fastest delivery and best stock availability. Shipping times may vary depending on your location within Australia.
Do you ship world wide?
No, we currently only offer shipping within Australia.
While we stock a range of globally recognised lash and brow brands, all orders are dispatched Australia wide only.
How much is shipping?
We offer a range of shipping options, which are calculated at checkout based on your location & weight of products.
We have standard and express post available with Australia Post.
We provide free Australia wide shipping on orders over $250, excluding heavy or bulky items such as wax products.
If you are local to one of our warehouses, you can select click and collect at checkout. Discounted local delivery options may also be available depending on your area - have a look for this on the checkout page.
How long until my Click and Collect is ready?
If you have selected local pickup from one of our locations (Albury NSW or Maroochydore QLD), your order will be ready as follows:
Order before 12pm, ready same day from 1pm
Order after 12pm, ready next business day from 1pm
If your order is urgent, please email academy@velt.com.au or DM @veltbeauty.academy and we will do our best to assist, depending on staff availability.
What time is your warehouse open for Click and Collect?
Our warehouse pickup hours are:
Albury NSW: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Maroochydore QLD: Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm
We are closed on weekends.
Returns and Faulty Items
Who should I contact if I have an issue with my order?
If you experience any issues with your order, please take a photo of the product and your order as soon as possible.
Contact our team at academy@velt.com.au and we will assist you as quickly as we can.
Please do not contact our salon phone number, as our salon team are unable to assist with online or product orders.
Can i return my order?
We accept returns in the form of a store credit only. We do not offer refunds.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order and are at the customer’s own expense. To be eligible for a store credit, all products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
We do not accept returns or issue credits for products that have been opened or used. If a returned item is inspected and found not to be in original condition, a store credit will not be issued.
Sale items are not eligible for return. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
If you are experiencing issues with a product or not getting the results you expected, we recommend reaching out to our team first. We use these lash and brow products ourselves and can often guide you on how to achieve better results.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
We’re so sorry to hear this. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Our team will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
