What’s it for? 

Oxidant for Noemi Dye

 Product highlights:

• 14ml & 50ml
• 6% is used when you need to tint coarse or grey eyebrows.
• Creamy consistency it facilitates mixing and does not drip during application. 
  

• Mix the Noemi Dye with the 3% Solution in a ratio of 1:1. Leave for 10-15 minutes depending on the desired results.
